Accommodation
All the participants should make the reservation at Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba and at Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal. The following rooms are available at a special discount rate for the workshop. (The rate indicated includes tax.)

Such a room type as twin or triple is also available with a conference rate. Please indicate your preference on the reservation form.

The Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba (former Tsukuba Dai-Ichi Hotel) is located in central Tsukuba and is adjacent to the Tsukuba bus center, where a direct express buses from the Tokyo/Narita airport (Airport Liner - NATT'S) and also from the central Tokyo train station arrive. The Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba Epochal is also within (easy) walking distance, about 800 meter south of the Tsukuba bus center and is connected by a pedestrian pathway. Transportation to the conference site, KEK, will be provided from both of the hotels.

To make a reservation, please visit the reservation page of the hotel and fill out the form (the hotel name, room type and arrival/departure dates etc). To obtain the conference rate, you should note "KEKNP01" in the comment area. The hotel reservation (and its modification and cancellation) will be handled directly by the Okura Frontier Hotel, but the Organizers will help you if you have any special problem. The reservation will be made with the first-come-first-served principle. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.
